In the app
Open The Empathy Lab and go to Profil > Konto löschen. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Send an email to privacy@empathylab.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What we delete: your account details, learning progress, exercise answers, AI feedback and conversations with Robin.
What we keep: only a short record that the deletion took place, for 30 days, so we can prove it was carried out. Server logs and backups are deleted automatically within 30 days.

In der App unter Profil > Konto löschen, oder per E-Mail an privacy@empathylab.app mit dem Betreff "Konto löschen", von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 7 Tagen und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.
